Despite being asked to deliver it the following day, Royal Mail ignored that and delivered it while I was out, by throwing it over a six-feet high side gate, despite there being two large FRAGILE stickers on it. It was no thanks to Royal Mail that the item inside was undamaged. I have no criticism of the seller, who was exemplary.
