It was just as desribed and looked brand new to be refurbished. Awesome computer! When it arrived the monitor screen was not working/damaged. I emailed customer support, sent a couple of photos, and there was another monitor and stand by 7/7/22. "Everyone At Dicount Computer Depot Seemed To Bend Over Backward To Take Care OF My Delimma!" Hands Down the Best! Thanks Guys-I'm Sold!

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
