In my opinion the best ecollar
I am dog trainer, I have been using Electric Collars for over 15 years. I was married with another major brand for me it was the best brand on electric collars I even refused to try new ones. One day I was traveling to a seminar in Denver with my Mondioring sport dog and the TSA at the airport remove my 2 electric collars from my carry on bag. Once in the seminar I met a participant who has an extra 300TS and she offered to sell the collar to me I was in need of a collar so I agree and bought the collar from her. At the end of the 1rst day of the seminar I was almost convinced that the 300TS was superior to my other collars even my most expensive one. When I came back home I begin trying the 300TS with new dogs and I found it was far superior at every level. Let's begin, the handheld unit is very light and still fell very solid the buttons placement are very intuitive and is almost impossible to deliver the wrong correction to your dog, The vibration mode can be switched to sound mode which is the way I train my recall I always disable the vibrate mode and use the sound mode this great with skeptical people around electric collars. There is 2 delivery buttons the black which is the stem mode and the red which is the boost and deliver up to 20 times your stem level but this can be modified to fit you dogs needs, The level of electricity can be locked making impossible to shock your dog. The receiver has light which it can be us as flashlight or to locate your dog in those real dark nights

Worth the money
Well designed and well built. The layout of the control buttons is well thought out. The controls themselves provide great flexibility in training. For example, the "tap" feature is enough to grab my dog's attention so I don't have to shock it. Finally, the construction is excellent: no problem if the dogs go for a swim.

Fantastic ecollar!
Fantastic ecollar! I highly recommend this brand, educator is the best out there & the ET-300 is a solid system with Fantastic range. Really good starter equipment for most sized dogs and gets the job done. Great features and waterproof ability while it's not pinchy like other collars.

Excellent mini-educator e collar
One of my dogs who is very stubborn has been training with this collar for about 5 days. He is making quick progress! Amazing results in just 5 days. Can't wait to see his progress in a month or two. Just make sure that you put the collar on tight enough or it will not be effective. He is about 75lbs and works on a level 2-4 in the fenced yard. Outside of fence with only small distractions, he works on a 6-7. Haven't had to go over a 15 yet at all. Also make sure you watch some videos of how to get them (and yourself) used to the collar before diving into training. Collar also has a blinking light or solid white light for use at night so you can see where your dog is. It's waterproof (as long as charging ports are closed). Also one charger for both collar and remote and they charge at the same time. We love this thing so far! Just make sure that you work with your dog at least once or twice per day with it until they totally get what it means to them. My dog already gets excited to "work" every day. He did not want to at first. Spend the money on this collar instead of a cheap one. Two thumbs way up.

I should have purchased this one from the beginning.
Have tried 2 different e collars that were much less expensive. I wish I would have bought this one initially. The quality of everything is much better. It does not run hot meaning the controls are much more accurate it is training my dog rather than hurting my dog.
