Good image quality
Good value
Well designed
My Experience!
First of all, I was concern there would be a risk to have such a big monitor to be sent internationally all the way to Ibaraki-Japan. NO PROBLEMS!!! In fact, the delivery guy help me bring the huge box into my house! Unboxing Well, if you follow the instructions, you should not have an issue. I was able to left and set it up all by myself. The only problem I had was connecting the cables. It is better to connect the cables prior to moving it on your desk. Special Note Be sure your download and install the CHG90 driver BEFORE setup! Otherwise your PC may not recognize the monitor, display port, etc. Also, before booting, Press F2 and go into bios. You do not need to do anything but it helps the process. Regarding booting up, you may get a black screen. Do not freak out. Just reboot a couple of times and it should work. Experience So far ....a big WOW! The blacks are really great so movies look super. My background moving wallpaper is beyond words!!!! :-). Probably something to brag about except the only person other than me to see it was my 2 dogs. They did not seem to interested! LOL Caution note You need a very beefy computer. Games are fine but I notice multitasking can slow down. I have a overclocked Geforce 1080TI. I cannot imagine going lower for this monitor. Without Freesync Since I have a geforce I cannot use freesync. HOWEVER, I see not issues of tearing or response time on my games. I am sure Freesync 2 can help but it is not a requirement for this monitor. That being said, I am not running Gsync either. So far, I have no problems running my apps, games and such on this huge monitor without Freesync/Gsync support!!! :-) Finally, you will need a big desk!!! As big as you think it is, for some reason it is EVEN bigger in real life!! It is crazy! :-)

not enough resolution for the size
This is a huge monitor for the price, but 1080p resolution over 49" looks pretty awful. This certainly isn't gaming grade, and as an office monitor is just OK.

Love it!!
Picture quality is great, setup was very easy. I had 2 28" monitors, took a bit to get use to having one large screen vs. 2 monitors with the separation between them. Some of the reviews I read, people complained about the controls... I found them quite easy to use, push the center button to display the OSD then left, right, up and down to navigate, push the button to select. One suggestion I would make, the DisplayPort cable that comes with the monitor do not use it. I updated the graphics card in my computer to an EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 for Oculus Rift compatibility; with the cable that came with the monitor I was getting screen lag and moving windows around on the screen was not smooth. The factory cable just couldn't handle the data throughput. I purchased a 10' Ivanky high speed DisplayPort cable with support up to DP v1.4, problem solved. Color is more vibrant and no screen lag, windows move smoothly across the screen. One design complaint, the cover on the back of the monitor to hide the cables, the opening for the cables to come out is at the top of the cover resulting in the DP cable having to sharply bend up when the cover is attached. A smooth bend is ok, but it's not good to have a super tight bend (almost 90 degrees straight up). Simple solution, leave the cover off, no one will know, it's the back of the monitor. They should redesign the cover with the cable opening at the bottom so the cables come straight out with little or no bend. Value: The original MSRP of $1500 was not a good value, but I was able to get it for $899, still a little pricy but in my opinion it was well worth it.

Nice BIG Monitor
Arrived in a totally beat up and half opened box, but the monitor seemed relatively unscathed. Took a while to get it set up with no instructions, but I was able to download what I needed from internet. Not sure I would have purchased this at full retail price. The $700 range seems much more accurate, but then again, I’m not a technology junky. I use it for business and love that I can set sections for different screens and it’s big enough that I’m not squinting my eyes to see. Another plus is that I can actually attach several different computers to one monitor. That’s pretty cool. So far, no issues and I’m pleased.

Great monitor for gaming, image is super wide and response time is awesome.
Cons: -expensive -low resolution -huge stand which might use most space in most desktops, I recommend wall mount if the desk is next to a wall. -difficult to handle. -bought it 6 months ago and the monitor has started to develop a problem where spots where the image looks clearer than the rest of the screen are seen. These are not dead pixels as they still display an image, but looks clearer. -also the front panel has become unglued or loose on the parts of the screen where the curvature is more evident. I assume that dust particles that entered over these spaces caused the spots on the previous point. Pros: -Super wide -Fast response -Great for multi tasking
