Item was listed as brand new. When the item arrived it was packaged in cellophane shrink wrap; however, it was definitely not in new condition as the covers had scuffs and there was writing on the first page that had been erased. The seller offered a full refund if I returned the book, and even offered free return shipping. I thank him for that. I’m not able to use that option due to a class I need this book for so this transaction gets a neutral rating.
