The hair was not exactly 20 inches but quite lovely anyway. Got the 99j and it's was more of a deep wine red which I liked, not too bright. The hair is very soft (more like a 4b/4c mix), and comes bundled so you can detangle without losing too much. I colored most of it black, it took the color well. 2.5 pks did 300 twists of 25" in lengths.
