This book has been life changing for me and my wife. After 21 years of marriage we were both ready to file for divorce put in this book to work we have a new found love for each other and our marriage is getting back on track. We also have met with a gottman certified therapist which has also helped in this process. I cannot say enough good about the gottman theory and what it can do for a marriage.
