This fan looks and works great. I was hoping to be able to install flash to the ceiling, but the down rod is required. Either way, the light assembly doesn’t hang down too low. (I’m 6’ 7” and can walk under it with plenty of room to spare). It shipped quickly and was easy to install. It runs quiet and the remote works great. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.
