Notified Seller and they immediately refunded my purchase, tax, and shipping costs. Very honorable Seller, I just would have liked to have had a working product and less inconvenience.     We love Hewlett Packard printers and this model is the best that we ever used.

    We had a Hewlett Packard printer before and we loved it. It finally died and we purchased another upgraded printer of the same type and model. It is not made anymore sorry to say but this one should last us for many years to come.
