    Terrible communication and slow shipping. Waited until TEN days after payment to ship, and only shipped when I asked for status. Ignored my first email asking if it shipped. Next day I asked again and only then did they update status and provide shipping and had the nerve to tell me to be patient. If you shipped in a timely manner and communicated, I wouldn’t have to ask. After 10 days! What do you consider a reasonable time to ask a question when there’s no activity or communication?!
