    This is the second server I have purchased from TechMike. Just as with the first one, super fast shipping, excellent condition and a great price! Looks exactly as pictured and very happy! In my last review, I did say that I would be a return customer, and I'm back and not disappointed! The shipping box arrived from UPS pretty much destroyed to the point where UPS had to tape it back together, but TechMikeNY knows how to pack their stuff, nothing was damaged inside. Awesome job!     Amazing Deal on Looks-like-new, Smoking Fast Xeon Processors; Great for Video or Scientific Computing

    My processors arrived looking brand new - no scratches, no dings. I now have a 16 core Xeon + motherboard + RAM + PSU for less than the price of a fast i7. I followed the instructions here (search for "1155-affordable-dual-xeon-pc"). I did purchase 128GB of ECC RAM instead of 64GB of non-ECC RAM, which was a $200 premium. This fully populated the RAM slots on the motherboard, but also fully enables the 4X memory channels on each CPU. The machine is stable under memtest86, prime95, and with everyday usage under Windows 10. I do a lot of scientific computing and this is a big step up from my i7-3960k. Be warned that most (all?) of the dual socket motherboard that can hold these chips are server motherboards and require a larger than usual case: look for XL-ATX.

    Great product for video editing and rendering!

    -Pros: 8 cores per one processor, helps a lot with rendering times. -Pros: The price, they are very cheap! -Cons: Coreclock is rather slow(2,6Ghz boosts upto 3Ghz on all eight cores),but thats nothing the seller can do about! -Cons: These processors are kind of old, but agen the seller can do nothing about it! -Cons: This model doesn't have vt-x working, but agen the seller can do nothing about it! Overall very good product, would recommend!

    Excellent power for the value!

    Received this chip for an absolute bargain (less than $60 shipped), and it arrived pretty fast. Slapped it in my X79 Asus Rampage IV Gene motherboard and updated the BIOS, and it works like a champ! Did a few stress tests to make sure nothing was wrong, and I'm extremely satisfied. 8 core - 16 thread processor that competes head to head with the latest i7 series processors and outdoes them in a numerous about of benchmarks. Very happy!

    Great performings Procs

    These procs really wake up servers that run E5-26XX procs whether single or dual. This set has performed extremely well in Exchange server single and dual proc roles (replacing E5-2620s) and single proc 2012R2 setups with one Hyper-V machine running Exchange 2013.
