      The salami chubs had an expiration date of two weeks. Two smelled funny and tossed out. These were a 60th birthday present to friends who moved from California to Minnesota that don’t sell Gallo Salami. One chub smelled ok but became sick shortly after eating it. MAYBE BEFORE SHIPPING FOODS, check the Expiration Date on the merchandise………NOT PLEASED I will consider shipping directly from the manufacturer.

      Best tasting Italian Dry Salami Available

      Love this product. Best Italian Dry Salami made in the US. Just the right amount of every ingredient plus the curing process they use to make it just brings out the flavor. Too bad it is only available in the Western US states. I order it online. I think Gallo would make a fortune if they can bring it to the Midwest, Eastern, and Southern States also.

      Outdated product

      The best used by dates are 4/29 & 4/30. A couple of the chubs don't look great. Might be starting to mildew.
