    A problem with eBay functions in their ad caused me to order the wrong color which even now, the "order details" shows the desired color not the wrong one. Seller did not respond to any messages for weeks. A return claim was made even citing myself at fault and after over a week, this too was ignored, even if to deny a return. I really dislike doing this feedback, but their utter neglect and unprofessionalism leads me to, in the spirit of encouraging future professionalism for all customers.
