    The item was packaged correctly when shipped. It was placed in a plastic bag, which was placed into a second polybag with a self adhesive strip. If the package was open when it arrived, it is likely it was caught in a USPS machine, which we have no control over. Nothing mentioned in the neutral feedback was within our control, and it was not our error.
