Bought this laptop with the touchscreen being a big selling point but it came and touchscreen was not working. Reached out to the seller to have this resolved but did not get a response. Reached out to Dell tech support and they were also not able to get the touchscreen to work. Would not have left a negative review if the seller would have contacted me.
