I ordered a black certified refurbished Microsoft surface (this is what it shows in the product picture), They were super slow in processing the order, but i wasn't in hurry so i was ok with it. After 3 weeks of placing my order, i received a silver surface laptop that is not in a box (it was just shipped in a bag of nylon). I was very upset of this cheap service they offered. WORST SELLER EVER!!!!!!!!
