Product, packaging, communication, etc. are all good.
However, as already mentioned in a previous order, I think the shipping costs are on the high side for a normal letterbox shipment without Track & Trace from Belgium to the Netherlands.

Cost to send non normalised package (>5mm thick): Euro 7.95; You paid USD 14 = Euro 12.68; From amount i recieved, i pay 21% taxes and approx 15% ebay fees. Now Euro 12.68 - taxes - ebay fees = Euro 8.11, so i get Euro 0.16 for packaging material, time & travel to & from post office.
