"We changed the outcome because the seller agreed to send you a refund but then never issued it." This is from Ebay. Sent me a defective laptop that they told me they should not have sent. Fought me through the return process. Avoid them! Bought a new laptop for about the same price at BestBuy. The worst seller in my over a decade experience with Ebay. Ebay is great! Was frozen on control panel.
