Had a little trouble getting all the lights to work on this tree. I wasn't mad, understand that stuff happens... This seller was very supportive and helped me as much as they could - And I appreciated their help very much!! Luckily, I found a connector that was not screwed together properly and now all the lights work - It's a beautiful Christmas tree!! Controlling the lights on my phone with the Twinkly app is just amazing - and fun!! Grandkids are going love it. (-: Highly recommend!! AAA+++

item came in a box appears to be new have not taken out or used it yet nit installed. was a fast delivery and shipment. really was no communication so not a fair item but no reasons to think he would not communicate. I was a little confused on order nothing with seller I bought another one like it but NG from Amazon looked at the numbers it was off. Ebay was not showing the right price. EBAY never deducted the coupon on the order total on the give feedback but appears processed right.
