Blades are tight and sharp, and the horn handles seem just as good as Case XX knives at an affordable price.

    A beautiful trapper

    I think the Rough Rider Trapper with Ram’s horn handles is a great knife for the money. The fit and finish are good, as well as the walk and talk. The blades are extremely sharp also. The ram’s horn is really beautiful and textured. I liked mine so much, I bought another to give to my brother.

    Excellent bargain!

    I was very pleased with the overall quality of this bargain priced Rough Rider Rams Horn Trapper. The QC of the folder is excellent. Cleanly cut edges and evenly fit handle scales. Much better than you'd expect for this price point. Tight blades with clean edge grinds. The edges of both blades cleanly slices light magazine paper stock without the slightest catch or hesitation.

    impressive

    the knife is of much better quality than i expected, the fit and finish is very good. the horn is beautiful and feels great in your hand, the springs are tight and feel comparable to much more expensive knives. overall i recommend the knife for an everyday carry knife and as a good looking knife for anyone. i am surprised to say it has replaced my 6254 as my everyday knife why wear out something that isn't made anymore when i can carry this great looking knife that works just as well.

    Rough Rider Large Rams Horn Trapper

    This was my first Rough Rider knife purchase. I must say that I am in love with this knife and will buy more. The fit, finish and detail on this knife are incredible for the price. The quality is on par with or possibly even better than knives costing much more. The blades were razor sharp out of the box. This would make a great gift.
