I received exactly what I ordered and it was delivered in a timely manner. But I did not get what I wanted. This was not the sellers fault. It was because I didn't know what to ask for. I need a piece of leather that is soft and flexible, like what you would make a shirt from. I don't know what this tanning process is called. When I get that information I will order a piece of it. I'm really happy with E.L.W. and will buy more of their products going forward. Five stars for this seller!
