I noticed this watch on a friend a year ago & was captivated by its style, look, & ruggedness. I bought mine in early 2017 & am completely satisfied with the watch. It is rugged & stylish at the same time & the 44mm face makes it easy to see under all conditions. The tritium tubes located at each hour marker, top of bevel, minute & second hands make it the best watch I've owned, especially when checking time in the dark. You can clearly see the face & hands at all times...they do not fade out like other painted on phosphorescence application. The watch comes with a stylish black & yellow band (looks vaguely like an Italian design) & the rubber watch band is strong with double lock pins. Also has a compass that can be attached to the watch band & comes with a tool to remove the band retaining pins when changing bands. My Luminox was delivered in strong case & provides an excellent storage box for the other band, compass, & tool...great price & a fabulous watch!!!

Nice watch, decent quality, but not 100% Luminox made.
This watch is decent quality, and looks great. It is not however a 100% Luminox watch, made entirely and directly by the Luminox company. It is a Luminox brand watch used under license by a separate company. It does not have a "carbonox" case, there is no documentation of a mineral crystal or Swiss movement. This is also most likely why the watch is priced much less than the usual $350 - $600 price range for 100% Luminox made watch. Once I came into possession of these facts, I returned the watch.

Not great at writing reviews and don't often but loving this watch so far! Got a great deal and hoping to get the orange version of this watch also, just waiting for that awesome deal! My wrist is small (6.5in) and I feel this watch (44mm) is a perfect size for me.
