Vendor will not refund me unless I send it back. After asking me several questions and for photos, one message at a time, which he later explained was for a claim against USPS, he offered me $5.27 if I keep it and complained that he lost time and money on this transaction. I'm not even comfortable sending it back. What if it breaks more?
