Not an Atlas, a short overview.
Another misnamed volume. Should be named A SHORT HISTORY OF ENGLAND AND THE BRITISH EMPIRE WITH A FEW MAPS. Very disappointed, no map of the British in Africa, India at its height in 1919. The significant aspect of this Atlas(?) is what's not there than what's there.. If you are actually interested in an atlas of British Empire LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are some actual and comprehensive Atlases of the British Empire this is not it.
