    Salsatopia!

    A great book with awesome recipes. Some ingredients for some recipes can be a little obscure, but most are readily available. I have a handful of favs from this book that I make all the time.

    Who doesn’t love a great salsa? I had to get it so I can make some great salsas. I haven’t made any yet but I will. And they will be incredible!! It’s nothing hard or including ingredients you can’t find from what I can tell. I definitely recommend this book if you enjoy cooking and definitely if you enjoy cooking from scratch. Some homemade nachos or enchiladas with a homemade salsa? Heavenly! I definitely recommend this one to anyone who enjoys real salsas- not Pace or anything else that yucky!
