Better than KitchenAid
Was looking at getting the KitchenAid and im so glad i decided to go with the Cuisinart its better in every way price, bowl is bigger and has a handle and a slash cover guard, its all metal but lighter weight, has a three warranty not just a one, twice as many speed settings, almost twice the power, ln my opinion looks nicer, has the spring lock for your bowl attachments that KitchenAid stopped using for some reason, and you can use all the same KitchenAid attachments with it if you wanted to hands down the best stand mixer out there. Better than a KitchenAid.
This stand mixer is far better value than a Kitchen Aid. It's very sturdy but weighs less. It has 12 speeds while the Kitchen Aid only has 6 (the reviews all say 10 but the lever only stops in six positions so the reviews are wrong. The speed scale goes to 10 but it only has 6 detents.) The paddles and dough hook work well. I mix bread dough twice a week in it without difficulty. All the controls are accessible from one side, unlike the Kitchen Aid 50 year old design.
