Some applications require additional parts
No complaints about the product. It is installed and works great. The price was considerably lower than what the local JD dealer would charge. The difficulty I had was John Deere made a design change on the clutch. The clutch used when my machine was made had a key built in to the clutch that engages a slot in the engine crankshaft to provide a positive drive. The clutch provided has a keyway in the clutch which means a separate key is required. This meant I had to go to the local John Deere dealer to get the required key. I see 2 possible solutions. Include a key with each clutch shipped and bump the price enough to cover the cost of the key or improve the documentation so the buyer is aware he may need to purchase a key and give them the option of buying the key separately.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
