    The mute cable was broken. But everything else was fine. This should’ve been a lose price because of that the packaging was a box in a box so it was flying around in there. Shipping took 3 weeks once it was in Canada it took 3 business days. But took 2 weeks to go from shipper to hub. That’s a step that shouldn’t exist. But everything was as described.     Great sound to me

    These things had me skeptical based on the reviews I saw. I was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality was a bit better and much more comfy than my old Arctis 1s. Supports 3D audio well for me in the games I have played and decent audio with Apple music as well.
