There was less customer service communication involved this time but I had fewer questions. Perfect new condition, very well-wrapped and shipped in a bespoke box. Prompt international shipping. These are uniquely fine quality hats unlike the other ones I've seen on eBay or elsewhere. An old-fashioned business in the very best senses of the word!

    Great hat but they unfortunately run really small on most heads. Came from Europe and took a while to get here. It would have been costly for me to send it back so the seller did made a stand up move and refunded me without sending back. Highly recommended seller, not the hat.
