    Great amp

    I bought this nice little integrated amp for my office/audio room as a refurb direct from Cambridge. It reminds me of my NAD 310 I bought in high school which I regret selling. It is bare bones but I appreciate that. Added a little BT receiver and have sampled a few bookshelf speakers including my Classix II (Paul Carmody) which makes an amazing match. The amp has that audiophile characteristic that is hard to describe but you know it when you hear it. Don’t underestimate the 25 watts - no problem driving most modest speakers with sensitivity 84+. Bottom line: if you are looking for a no frills quality amp for a CD player or traditional source this is a great choice. My second purchase from Cambridge’s eBay store both were A+ experience.

    VERY good value for money

    Plenty of power, if you have efficient loudspeakers (there are MANY of those--high quality--from which to choose). IF you need any features that the AXA25 lacks, hey--don't buy it. For example, a headphone jack. And be aware that there may be slight cosmetic imperfections; the AXA25 I got has two small, negligible scuff marks that require the closest inspection to be revealed. I don't think anyone would even be aware of them; they certainly don't bother me. To get an integrated pre-amp/amplifier for this price is astounding.

    Perfect factory refurb.

    This amplifier is in new condition. It sounds great, as expected. I did not realize that this is a Cambridge Audio factory refurb. That fact makes it a very good deal.
