The buttons feel good, and are what I'd call a soft click like a decent controller (but not the 100$ ones) accommodated my phone with its case, all cords and stuff came with it, it's in great condition, can't tell if it was used, honestly. Tried it with Razer cortex software to play my PC, and it works amazing! The price was just about right for this quality level, and i would recommend you get it .
