    A great way to add mass SAS storage to your X99 motherboard I added 4 used Seagate Constellation 2Tb sas drives the LSI sas controller for a total of 8Tb of storage for less than $90.00 us

    works great with SAS hard drive

    well for me the con is that i had 2 SAS hard drives the controller comes with SATA cable. The pro is that i bought a SAS cable and it works good. It is tricky bios. yet works great
