I'm grateful I did not have to pay additional shipping to send back, therefore I settled for a partial refund of 6.25 instead of the total cost 16.49. I thank the seller for that as I know he is upset at the outcome. My earlier messages went unanswered so I had to get eBay to step in and help resolve. Not the sellers fault that the mesh broke on the 3rd use of the product but there was an initial issue of two heat lights not working correctly.
