    Record damaged, it was packed unprotected in an envelope. To seller’s credit, shipping was fast and I was offered a refund for a return. Do not feel a negative review is warranted. Hoped something like a discount could be offered for the damage but was ignored. Overall this was a negative experience. Avoid this seller if you want your item in the condition it was advertised as. I’m just so disappointed this rare record is now in this condition and how avoidable this was if proper care was given

    Buyer used feedback extortion to get a refund. I offered a full refund and requested buyer submit a return claim. Buyer wanted to keep item and get a refund. Buyer did not submit a return request and then left less than positive feedback.

    This damaged item has now been returned and I have received a refund. Thank you. Never did I suggest I keep the item and get a full refund as accused. It is mentioned by this seller himself multiple times in previous feedback for damaged goods that discounts have been issued. For me, I am ignored then ridiculously accused of extortion. Poor comprehension and communication.
