Pretty good condition but does have some deep gouges in the metal body. Used an e sim card which did not work very well with the phone so changed to regular sim card and it works fine.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
