    Best cookbook around [ for the money ]

    For years I have been trying to find a cookbook to make GOOD fried chicken simply.. This book has several easy fried chicken recipes ,plus several more complicated recipes with a different taste... I wish it was "Hard Cover" [ not paperback ], coz I will be using it for a long time.. Well worth what I paid [ slightly over 10 bucks ]. I am not even going to get into the hundreds of other recipes in the book [Soooo Good ]....
