Good quality vitamins
I am a 57 years old and have been a paraplegic for 28 years. i have taken these vitamins for 4 years now. I take one of these and one of the the Mega Men for energy every day and they increase my energy level like crazy. I do not usually do reviews but this product works great for me and when I find something that works I want everyone to know how good it is.

Great Immune Builder
I've been taking these for the past few years. During that time I've not gotten sick a single time. Of course I have also continued to work out and eat low carb diet and intermittent fasting. As many know, the food we get from the store or even resturants has the vitamins cooked out and is pretty much an empty food. GNC 50 Plus for men is a great remedy for this. Besides vitamins it also has something for prostate, heart, and brain health. All in one pill! As we get older we need vitamins even more especially since we tend to eat less. This vitamin has everything you need for your body to function at a high level. Also more than enough vitamin D and Zinc to build immune system. I'd add some panax ginseng as well to aid in immunity in our current situation. Even if you are younger this product will great enhance your energy and health. I highly recommend it. Stock up now as the price seems to be going up.

Good deal in a pinch when GNC shelves are as bear as toilet paper last year!!!
It's hard to find a lot of GNC products right now, if you go into one you will notice the empty shelves and the employees are not much help as to when they will be re-stocked, so finding a product you use a lot at practically the same price as in the store warrants 4 stars. Did take a little time but that was expected, will probably be putting in another order in soon just to have back ups, who knows how long this shortage of products in this country is going to last.
