I have used this product for many years and I have enjoyed its benefits. I take it right after lunch so that the caffeine portion helps me through the afternoon. I have tried several different multi-vitamins. These are the ones I have stuck with for over 3 yrs now. There has been times I've ran out and went a week or 2 without them and could tell a difference in how I felt when I wasn't taking them. I just feel better when I take them and they don't make you feel wired or jittery or anything like that.

Down to Basics
About three weeks taking Mega Men Sports now, request received to send a review. Can't really say any benefits from taking it so far. I'm not a scientist to say what's really in it is of good quality, the odor is something you find in natural types of vitamins, minerals, etc.(really have to work at taking it). I would not purchase this again at any price, due to the odor.

A multi Vitamin with extra punch!
The 50 Plus GNC vitamin has the highest potency of all multiple vitamins. If your looking for a quality product this is the one. Take two in the morning with food and your ready to attack the day. You will feel a difference. I've tried others and keep coming back to this. I will say when it comes to a multitude vitamin you get what you pay for.

Good Multivitamins
The GNC Mega Men Multivitamin are some good multivitamins. They come in a proper package, with the described amount (did the count), and they have helped to maintain me during the day. There is some slight annoyance with the caplets and that is that they do make your urine green or in some type of that color. I have scratch that off as a side effect of the 2 caplets you have to take, like in my case I take them in the morning. It's from good quality and a recognized brand (GNC). This is a very good and recommendable product.

Works where it has to
This is the best supplement I've ever tried. Of course, as any other product of this type, it won't make any significant difference on a sedentary person. Or if you don't eat well. But if you combine it with an active lifestyle, no cold will get you down!
