    For the right price, this card is a must have!

    Iv'e recently installed the HD 3450 (X399D). i had a problem with the motherboard built-in graphics, so i needed a dedicated card. for the price i paid for this card, it's a steal! working like a charm on my costume (Non-Dell!) PC. the card runs quite, and will work with VGA adapters as well. playing FHD youtube videos without a problem. this card is the HD 3450, but with a GDDR3 memory variant which is much better!

    perfect

    This is a good budget card for ATI. There are many low power consumption below 20 W, has regulated the speed of the fan is generally quiet. poddazha DX 10, UVD and AVIVO which makes it an ideal choice for HTPC / even for low-profile cases / no problems play MKV files not loading as a CPU.

    Basic DMS 59 Card.

    Great card for the price. It will help for general use and quick dual monitor solutions. GAMING IS NOT A STRONG POINT FOR THIS CARD!
