    Repair technician is willing to work out misunderstandings. I suggest asking detailed questions before sending instrument in. Sending clear, close up, detailed pictures of your instrument to him MIGHT help alleviate potential problems in advance. I’m certain that he KNOWS his trade, but I didn’t have the opportunity to find out firsthand because parts for my flute were not available.
