Tasty well flavored beef but quite a bit of water broth included!
So if you are fond of WATER then you probably will like this canned beef but I myself am not and that is why I think that there is just tooo much water added into the can for the price. As far as flavor? yes good.....tenderness? yes good......value?, well I think that for the amount of actual beef in the can minus the water it is far overpriced but if you are looking for something to store for emergency situations then by all means this is top quality and makes up a great stew, soup, pan fried dishes etc etc.

hits the nail right on the head
I Live back east and with all thats been going on I've purchased Some Beef and Pork as well as Ground beef By Keystone for my long term use. I've tryed each and It astounds me to read some of the negative reviews On a product that is 28 oz or 14.5 oz of Raw MEAT along with a salt Tablet placed into a can, sealed and through the canning process, (heating to cook at specific temperature) basicly steaming the meat. Its common when you Cook meat of any kind to displace Water and Fat and I laugh reading all the folks who complain about this... drain the juice off and pick out the glob of Fat and discard it Making the meat even healthier for you Seriously

One of the best values for the money in this genre.
Best canned meat you can buy and lasts many years unopened. When you open it up and cook it, it's as if it just came from the butcher shop or grocery store. I just ate some that is 10 years old and it was delicious!
