    Pleased with the purchase. Some details of the machine were a bit vague in the description but I received a Lenovo T490 Thinkpad i5 with a 14 inch screen running Linux Mint. This is a good quality machine in very good condition and runs well. Lots of battery life and the screen is excellent quality. Well packaged. They forgot to send the login password but responded to my email very very quickly. So a very good service.

    The PC in question runs a lot quieter and quicker than our old model. Very helpful and friendly advice offered pre-purchase by the seller. The item arrived in a sturdy box and well padded inside. My only criticism lies with the Couriers - DHL whose tracking information was both inaccurate and overly optimistic. The item arrived 4 days after they initially quoted.
