Really great sucker!
My old vacuum broke so I got on eBay and found this one. It had everything I was looking for and a little more. The bag less system is very easy to use and the retraceable power cord is very handy. It also has a foot button to turn off the beater bar so you can sweep hard wood floors and carpet at the same time. Very good sweeper, I highly recommend it!

Refurbished
I bought one that was refurbished and I love it. Lays flat to get under beds etc. Has a feature that let's you know when floors are dirty or clean while in use. Super easy to empty and clean.

Panasonic Junk
The vacuum has good suction power but that's it. The belt slips, so the brush/roller won't spin on the carpet. I tried a smaller belt, which got it to spin as long as there's no downward pressure. The swivel option actually makes the vacuum harder to turn where you want. The motor and housing get extremely hot. Shoot, the dang thing won't even make a good boat anchor.

Great vacuum for pets owners!!
I can not say enough how much I love this vacuum!! I have 3 cats and a long haired dog, this vacuum has no problem keeping up with their shedding. I love it!! The hand attachment is super great for the couch and pillows. The one and only critique that I have is the hose for the hand attachments could be a little longer. Well worth the money!

Defective by cost-cutting design
The belt slips, so the brush does not rotate on carpet, there is no traction on the motor shaft that supposed to rotate it.
