    Why isn't everything built to the standards of the Salad Shooter?

    This is my 2nd Salad shooter. They are very easy to use and easy to clean. A very handy kitchen tool. My first one was purchased in mid 1990s and lasted until last month. It had been in frequent use for over 25 years before it finally died. Talk about a well-built product!

    A very handy slicer and shredder

    We like this item. We bought this base to replace ours that died. We had all of the other parts needed to make it complete. Great for slicing and shredding. I slice cucumbers with this for making Japanese Sunomuno, and sweet potatoes to make sweet potato chips. Works great!

    Salad Shooter

    This is truly one of my favorite small appliances. I love that it slices apples thinly for my perfect apple pies, that's right Martha my pies are perfect! It grates cheese like a champ and I've used the same one for over 10 years. This one's my daughter-in-laws.
