Provided work around the problem and promptly shipped replacement part. Well pleased with quality of product. Easy setup, clear pictures and very reasonable price. Ordered additional camera cable to extend my viewing area. In this day and age this system is a must have.

Item itself (aside from lack of RS-485) is fine. - Thanks!
