    I received the UVC bulbs in what appeared to be new packaging but the bulbs had a haze to them and did not look as good as the 1 year old bulbs I took out. It did not look like the packaging had been opened so I must assume that they had gotten exposed to some form of pollution maybe. I sent pictures and they said they were new and offered to have me return them and they would pay me back sinc3 shipping to China from here is expensive. I was refunded. Product was available cheaper in Utah.

    Base plug problem

    My 2008 Cadillac CTS orange bulb base with two prongs does not match your orange bulb base with two prongs. Size difference!! Will have to adapt somehow,,, !!?
