Happy to find this replacement part
My old phone battery was simply not holding a lasting charge anymore. This battery provides more longevity to my older T404g "not too smart" phone. It was a great price and there were no packaging or delivery issues. It is getting difficult to find parts for these older phones. I am happy to have found this on eBay. It will work well for a while, that is until Tracfone completes its agenda to make obsolete all older phones with their newer technology.

New lease on life
I am one of those rare people that does not need a new cell phone every single year. When my faithful two year old phone started having power related issues, I didn't chuck it in favor of a new one costing hundreds of dollars. Instead I bought a new battery costing just a few and my crotchety old phone rose from the ashes and soared anew, just like when it was fresh from it's original package. The right battery will make your old phone seem new again!

I believe this battery is used or defective, as it only holds a charge for about one day. Not worth the trouble of contact, just learned the hard way I have been scammed after reading similar stories of others getting the same quality batteries. wished I had read those reviews first.
