    Has 3 good bearings the 4th one is junk

    The counter shaft front bearing is a national brand witch is great and feels great. The counter shaft back bearing is great quality and so is the output, they are Japanese but the input shaft bearing just ses China on it I replaced it with a national. That had better tolerances. The seals are temkin. And the gaskets are good quality. But the synchros are junk they was undersize on the length one was 40 thousands shorter than the old one.
