    An essential collection of Borges's renowned stories.

    This is the best collection of Borges's extraordinary fiction. A good many of these stories are already considered classics for their exploration of "magic" reality, and all make great reading. Hurley's translation into English is considered excellent; it certainly makes for easy reading, and the notes are helpful for difficult references.
