The last box arrived damaged and missing 6 of the 10 batteries. Contacted the seller again with pictures showing the damage. The seller responded quickly and shipped the remaining batteries in a different box from the norm. These batteries ended up with bent connectors and were tossed around in the box during shipping not well packed. Order complete

    The only thing wrong with the return request, is that I stated 2 of 2 were received, that was a typo. It should have read (1) of 2,were received on the original order. The seller did everything right to fix the problem, it just took too long to receive the 2nd battery. It was a good price, and customer service was good.

    This is just like the original battery and works well

    This battery works well in my LiftMaster garage door opener having the battery backup feature. I'm pleased that it is UL Recognized and is a suitable replacement for the costly original 485LM LiftMaster battery. The battery connector tabs on the top of the battery didn't fit the connectors quite as well as they do on the original battery but are adequate.

    Doesn't hold charge

    Even when fully charged, it doesn't hold a charge any longer than the 6 year old battery it replaced. I use it to power a a portable radio and GPS in an experimental aircraft. Threw it away and got a different one, which works.
